GDPR in Evidence Culture
25 May 2018, new rules came into force for how companies, organizations and public institutions in the EU must process personal data.
The new rules are also important for you as a customer of Evidence Culture. In short, this means that you should have the opportunity to get a better overview of the information we have about you and how we process it.
We only record the information you provide us to provide the best possible service.
When you make an inquiry with us, we register your name, company name, telephone number and / or e-mail address.
When you decide to contact us, we will require further information via our contact form. The information you provide to us via the contact form is necessary for us to contact you.
Our contact form only contains this information:
- Name
- Telephone number
- Company name
We register the information you have given us and store it for five years in accordance with the Accounting Act, unless you have specifically given your consent for us to store your data or a longer time to e.g. registration of name, contact information and history.
We never sell or pass on your information to unauthorized third parties. In addition, we take the necessary precautions to protect your personal information in accordance with the law.
You are always welcome to contact us if you want a detailed overview of the information we have registered about you. For example if you believe that we have information about you that needs to be changed or want to delete any incorrect information about yourself and withdraw a consent to the processing of your personal data.
